Transcripts

Any person who has attended the university may obtain an academic transcript if they are in good standing with all departments, including the Administrative Accounting Office and the Financial Aid Office.

Electronic and mailed transcripts must be ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse at https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/ficecode/00201700 for students who attended after 1985.

  • For each request, there is a $2.90 processing fee (paid by the student at the point of service).
  • Transcripts can be sent electronically to some colleges, universities, education organizations, professional school application services, employment verification services, and related entities for only the $2.90 processing fee if the receiving organization participates in the National Student Clearinghouse Electronic Exchange.
  • There is an additional $1 fee (paid by the student at the point of service) for each electronic recipient who does not participate in the Electronic Exchange.
  • Shipping and handling fees for mailed transcripts vary by shipping option and start at $2.40.

To view or track orders previously placed, visit https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/TrackOrder.

  • Request standard mailing and pickup for students who attended McNeese prior to 1985 by completing the Transcript Request form.
  • Electronic delivery is not available for students who attended prior to 1985.
  • Transcripts can be picked up in Student Central, Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 5, or Friday, 7:30 – 11:30. Except during school holidays and at the end of the semester, transcripts are usually prepared within three to five working days after the request is received.

Ashley Bass

I am a McNeese graduate with a bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Science and a concentration in Child and Family Studies. As a student, I competed on the rodeo team and served on the SGA board. I earned my master’s degree in 2022 from the University of South Dakota in Educational Administration and Leadership with a concentration in Adult and Higher Ed. I have over 13 years of experience in adult education and 20 years of educational experience.

My favorite part of being a Freshman Advisor is helping students navigate their new life routine as a college freshman by offering support with in-person office visits or by email to help students meet their goals. I always remind students of my favorite BB King quote – “Education is one thing no one can ever take away from you.”  I believe that supporting students is vital to a student's success.

In my spare time, I raise registered American Brahman cattle, and I enjoy all the "country girl" things like hunting, fishing, growing a garden and cooking.
